Hedgerat, the Curious Rodent is a Nature-type Beast Kymera and the evolved form of Mossymouse.

Hedgerats love flowers and do everything to smell some or plant more. This often puts them in danger since they will intrude where they were not invited to get a smell or stop in the middle of a road to plant. Hedgerats are slightly more nimble than their pre-evolved form, so they can better scamper away from danger.

InformationEdit

Hedgerat appears as a light brown rat wearing a cape made of large leaves with a tail resembling a flower stem with a red tulip on the end of it. It is taller and more slender than Mossymouse, allowing its limbs and head to have distinct shapes. Its head is contained in a large acorn that has a helmet-like appearance. The leaf on its head also has a flower growing from it and its eyes are big and brown, but smaller in relation to its body.

LocationsEdit

Hedgerat cannot be found in the wild. They can only be obtained if the player chooses Mossymouse as his or her first Kymera at the beginning of the game and has it evolve.

StrategyEdit

Hedgerat is short on raw damage, but makes up for it in its wide array of debilitating skills. The fact that it is a Beast Kymera also helps add some to that damage. The Nature typing is also opportune for countering problem elements. If a Hedgerat is to take a battle by itself, it will need to set up a few degradations on its opponent to level the playing field. Aside from that, Hedgerat is a support that will help keeping its team safe from enemy heavy-hitters.

In the campaignEdit

Hedgerat can only be found by choosing Mossymouse at the beginning of the game and having it evolve. Mossymouse is one of the three Kymera that the player can choose to have Benny give him or her in the beginning of the game to fight off an attacking Buzztorch. Mossymouse, if chosen, will then be the player's own Kymera to keep.
